No tracking banner

This version of the website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or third-party embeds. The website code does not set cookies or use local storage, session storage or IndexedDB to save your answers or preferences. There is no tracking-consent banner because this version does not introduce consent-requiring tracking.

Tools that work in your browser

The Business Friction Snapshot and optional discussion-note tool hold your entries in the current page's memory and fields. Website scripts do not submit these entries to Lucent Frame or to an AI service. The examples run locally; they do not connect to your accounts or inspect your business records.

Use the clear or restart control to clear the current tool. A fresh page load starts a new tool session. Your browser may preserve or restore a page or form values through its own history or session features, so do not rely on closing a tab as secure deletion. Avoid sensitive information, especially on shared devices.

Downloads, clipboard and device preferences

Choosing Download creates a text file on your device. Choosing Copy note writes the note to your clipboard if your browser allows it. These are actions you request, not an automatic transfer to us. Downloaded files and clipboard copies can remain after clearing the tool; manage them using your device controls.

Your browser normally caches website files to display pages efficiently. The site reads your reduced-motion preference to limit animation and uses the screen size to lay out pages. The local artwork viewer uses browser graphics capabilities to render the image, not to track you. The site does not save a motion preference.

Email is a separate action

The email link opens your own email app. You choose the message and whether to send it. Tool answers are not automatically sent or attached. If you send an email, the message and address information are handled through email services; they no longer stay only in this page. Keep first messages general and do not send confidential records.

Website delivery is not anonymous processing

A browser must request pages and files from the website's server. Technical information such as an IP address is involved in that delivery. Read the Privacy notice for the website and enquiry data, providers, retention and rights.
