Using this website

You can read the service information without JavaScript. Interactive examples and the self-check need JavaScript. A skip link at the top of each page moves keyboard focus to the main content. Navigation and controls can be used with a keyboard; the mobile menu closes with Escape.

Motion-led scenes run automatically without playback controls. The site respects your device's reduced-motion setting, which presents the same information in a static state. Animated artwork also has a static fallback, and written explanations accompany the examples.

If something is difficult to use

Email contact@lucentframe.co.uk with the page address, what you were trying to do and the adjustment or format that would help. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical history.

Scope of our checks

Local checks cover keyboard navigation, narrow-screen layouts, reduced motion and readable legal-page text. These checks are not a certification of full WCAG conformance. Different browsers, assistive technologies and devices can behave differently. Please tell us about barriers so they can be assessed.
